How it Works

PacketTrap MSP is installed onsite at your data center or office location. At least one agent is then installed at each customer location to establish a secure, encrypted tunnel between you and the customer. The customer’s network can be monitored by the single agent via SNMP, WMI or be used to automatically deploy agents to the Windows, Linux and Mac machines. Information from the agent(s) is transferred back to your MSP server. Configuration, monitoring, management, and device remote control is done via the

PacketTrap Studio or a Web Browser.
